a hair-raising situation

I have unfortunately become a slave to products and primers and all things beauty, and it all started when I was 13. I never wore a lot of make up or anything then, just a bit of concealer or a little mascara to hide blemishes and to have eyelashes, but things have changed drastically since then. so much so I cannot walk out the front door without makeup on.

I know, it's bad.

But today I have had a break through and I'm rather happy. Usually I sleep with my hair in a messy top bun and last night was no exception, but I woke up this morning, and took my hair out the bun and I liked the way it fell and had soft flicks and waves at the bottom. Of course, I instantly grabbed my straighteners and began to sort it out regardless (it's just routine!!) But then I stopped, and I 're-flicked' the bits at the bottom because I wanted them in. Now, going out the house my hair has to be dead straight or up in some form, and big. I hate flat hair. Hate hate hate! But today is my breakthrough day and I am going out with non-straightened hair. Later, I may post my hair story, as it may surprise you to know this is not my natural colour nor is it the length it was a few short years ago (and before you ask no, I don't have extensions!)
