it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Christmas really is my favourite time of the year. I take Christmas very VERY seriously. I get everyone something very special, something that matters to them or something that is a 'like' of theirs and I spend waayyyy to much time buying and wrapping and worrying about whether people will like them. But I love the looks on peoples faces when they open up their presents.

I know Christmas is supposedly because of Jesus (and I NOT want to get into that debate) but this is my final year as a 'child', having Christmas at home, being able to help decorate the tree, helping stir the Christmas pudding, wrapping everyone's gifts on my floor and worrying when my door opens that they will see what I am wrapping. This year is also my final year at my current school, as I have been there for 5 years. In fact, today was my final day. It will feel weird, going back in January and thinking that that is my last first day of school after Christmas. It is sad, but Christmas is a joyous time and I know this year will be better than ever.

I am not expecting a lot this year as I know a lot of money has been spent on me going to Russia next year and saving for my 18th in a few months time, but I am hoping I got a few nice things! And apologies for not posting recently, with it being Christmas and the last few weeks of term things have been hectic, you know, trying to get things sorted and arranged and make sure I have all the work I need etc.

I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year, and I will endevour to post a bit more over the festive period. Have a good time guys!
